Sorry to know u r situation. But remember not knowing rules is not an execuse with USCICS.
1.Is it possible to do H1 transfer with one paystub if I somehow manage to get one from them(By lyin as in for bank loan)?
When you apply for trasnfer you need 2-3 recent pay stubs. Pay stubs are asked to show you are indeed working and not out of status.
2. Would I get any query on that? But one good explanation is I finished my MBs around the same time as I applied H1 and so I can explain it to USCIS but still I'm worried. Any body in smilar boat?

Friends,
I got LC and 140 approved in EB3. Now I refile my labor Cert in EB2 (IT manager) via PERM. Anybody has the same experience and know approximately processing time for this PERM to be approved. Thanks for any information.

You can take $5k each in cash. And unlimited if it is Travellers checks.ON Travellers checks you are going to pay commission and crap. I do not personally recommend it. I do not know how it is working now adays. You can check on department of homeland or customs website to find exact amount that you can take as cash. And do not take more than what is recommended.

I happened to look at my EAD today, when I was looking into what my next steps are for my marriage immigration process, and I noticed it expired long before my Permanent Resident Card. Erroneously I thought the two were tied together, since I applied for both under the same auspices. Lost I20.
Went to school from 96 to 2000.
WOrking on H-1 since then.
Numerous trips outside. Last one in 2005 on an H-1 visa.
What do I do now?
You can call the school's "Office of International Studies"(or equivalent) and ask for a copy.

I read somewhere that the new memo is effective immediately. So you should consult with your immigration attorney soon. You might be able to take advantage of the new memo and get 6 years of H1b.

Each month visa bulletin is preceded with a demand data. So bulletin should come today or tomorrow.
Check out data for China. It shows significant reduction from last month. Expectations are low for India but China will advance a lot in July.
This is done in preparation for the spill over (fall down); they have used up all of "china's own" numbers and now they will actually retrogress EB2 China (to move it along with EB2 India) to distribute spillover (fall down); the VB will come with a "long explanation" as to why the retrogression for EB2 China despite of low demand....

My lawyer is saying whatever exp. you will give, you should have originals of that. I don't have much hold of my lawyer and he is not suggesting whether I should use new experience than what I used in my first labor.
Thats why I want to know if anybody else has done this before..

Thanks for your reply Sir.
When I was researching for the Labor certification and there were few posts which talks about my prior experience and my prior experience would only be considered for the new job if the Job responsibilities are same and the job title is same.
I contacted one of the immigration lawyer and I was told that I can expect RFC's about my prior titles and the current job.
Please advise

Isnt the three year extension valid only if you cannot file your I-485 because of retrogression? Once you file your 485, you get only a year?

Don't panic. This is NOT the end of your immigration journey. You are covered by AC-21, so if you find a job in a similar occupation with another employer, you can certainly take it. Your employer should seriously consider appealing the denial in order to preserve its reputation and to continue to employ H-1 workers.
If you have reason to believe that your employer might not be fully compliant with immigration laws, particularly as they relate to labor certifications and I-140's, you would be most protected if you changed employers
