In fact my wife went for stamping in November 2009 and got it stamped with no questions asked....mine was in january 2010....so i guess it just depends and u have to be prepared for it....

I have recently applied for Canadian visa , using my AP at LA , using all original documents in person. You can add all your family members in the same application. I used two different applications , but, they asked me to add all the family members in the same application. They will issue visa till your AP validity. Good Luck.

No, Expression Blend cannot be used to create content for mobile devices. Blend only creates WPF and Silverlight applications - both of which do not run in a mobile device :)

I recently sponsored for my uncle and his wife and had no problems. Just send the sponsor docs with I-134, letter to consulate etc. Uncle had to provide info on his ties back in India.
My last name was not same as uncle's ( guess that is what your doubt is) and that was not an issue at all.

A month back a new company had filed a H1 transfer & I started working for them. Now I have 2 paystubs from this new company & I am getting a very good offer from another company & I would like to go for this offer. So my question is on the basis of these two recent paystubs can I get my visa transferred to the 3rd company while another visa transfer is in progress?
Yes you can as far as I remmember. You can transfer on the the reciept of the notice date of the already filed H1B.
I always suggest, please Discuss this with a lawyer...and the lawyer is the best person to help you out.

If finance is not an issue with u or co. then renew it as a fall back. U'll never know that those guys in USCIS will do on your papers. So it is better to be safer than safe =)

Myemployer sent a wage request to OES . They replied by saying that the prevwailing wage is not available for your zone so they basically gave me a level 1 wage when it should be the leavel 3 wage for eb2...The person said that should not be a problem

Hi, I have an approved I 140 (EB3) and my priority date is Nov 2007. I have a Canadian PR and my employer has agreed to let me work from our Canada Office. My question is, what should I do when/if my priority date becomes current while we are in Canada ? Should we come back to USA on visitors visa and apply for AOS or should be go for Consular Processing ? What are the pros and cons of each approach ?

First of all please forgive me for creating a new thread. I am just trying to see whether any one in the same boat and what it could be.
I just found soft luds on my previous H1B which was approbed in 2006 Feb and I-140 which was approved in Dec - 2006 (I-140 lud was after one week of H1B Luf change). I wonder what it could be? I know there is no logic and it is hard to predict what it might be. May be some standard updates as some one suggested. But these two did not change in years.
Any way, any one in the same boat?
